It’s one of the best restaurants in Perugia, with an elegant main room that hosts up to 200 persons, and can be divided in private smaller rooms.

 À la carte menu with typical Umbrian recipes, but also with recipes from all over Italy, with more than 1.000 wine labels, also only a glass. Certified by  Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Gluten Free Italian Association) as a Gluten Free Restaurant, it offers Gluten Free Menus.

La nostra Colazione

Il buffet delle colazioni, situato nella Jazz Area dell’Hotel, all’interno della sala New Orleans, è sistemato su un buffet di 30 metri e offre dolce, salato e un angolo Gluten Free allestito tutto l’anno. Il Buffet comprende: latte, caffè, cereali, yogurt alla frutta e naturale, cornetti sfornati freschi ogni giorno con i più svariati gusti, dal cornetto alla crema al fagotto al cioccolato, pane fresco bianco e integrale, burro, marmellata, succhi, tè, miele, crema spalmabile al cacao, fette biscottate, torte artigianali, ciaramicola, crostate, biscotteria fine al cioccolato ed alla marmellata, affettati come salame umbro, prosciutto cotto, prosciutto crudo locale, prosciutto crudo di Norcia, capocollo, torte salate tradizionali, frittate, uova, formaggi misti tipici umbri, frutta fresca e sciroppata.

Alleanza tra i cuochi italiani (Italian Chefs Alliance) and the Presidia is a Slow Food project: a great ethical net where the Chefs meet and sign an agreement with the Presidia producers,  committing to cook and value their products. Chefs of the Alliance commit to the Slow Food philosophy, favouring the local products, following the time of seasons and working directly with the local producers.
